One of the fastest way to motivate another person…

Or yourself…

Is to win.

Sounds obvious or cliché…

But it’s true.

Quick case in point:

I have a new weight loss offer with my partner, Cody Bramlett, that I knew was pretty strong.

But, up until recently…

We’d only been testing it and hadn’t driven a lot of sales.

Recently, though, we did over 100 sales on the offer in a single day for the first time…

And this was driven by an email affiliate who dropped to her list and saw a 5.8% conversion rate and a $5.41 EPC over 36 sales…

Along with Jason Kutasi, who drove 39 sales on Facebook at a 3.9% conversion rate.

In addition to these two folks…

A few other smaller affiliates also tested the offer yesterday…

And we saw conversion numbers like 6.7%, 4.1%, and 6.9%.

So, in other words…

Last month, it became very clear that this offer is a big winner…

And that Cody and I are going to make a LOT of money from it.

—

And guess what?

Suddenly I started feeling really freaking motivated.

Up until then…

I’d been wanting to rework parts of the close for this offer, so I could increase the Average Order Value…

But I kept putting it off.

Then I saw the sales rolling in yesterday…

And, wouldn’t you know it…

I suddenly became a lot more motivated to make those changes…

So immediately after putting Eden down for her afternoon nap…

I rushed to my computer and made copy edits to the close…

Then sent those to Cody and his design team to get them live ASAP.

Total these edits maybe took 30 minutes…

But, they could easily increase our AOV by $30 – $50.

That’s a big difference.

Yet I just hadn’t felt any urgency to tackle them…

Until suddenly I saw sales coming in…

And realized that if I didn’t take action very quickly…

It was going to cost us a ton of profit over the coming weeks and months.

Once I made that realization though…

I was quite motivated…

And the changes got done.

—

This is just one example, but there are many.

As a leader…

The best way to motivate your team is to show them how their actions are helping your organization win.

As a “client”…

The best thing you can do for a copywriter you have on retainer is give them data and feedback on how their offers are doing.

As an individual…

The best thing you can do to be effective in your life is to create an environment where success and wins are the norm. Even if these are small wins too, that’s fine because those small wins add up.

—

That’s it’s for today.

I have a few more emails to respond to, then am going to be waking up Eden.

– SPG

P.S. I’m gonna take the Packers today a +7.5. I feel pretty good about it, but of course, what the hell do I know?

P.P.S. If you have a list and want to test this weight loss offer let me know. I can link you up with Cody and his affiliate manager, Savannah.

One of the books I’m reading right now is Atomic Habits, by James Clear.

I’d heard of it for a while, but just finally started on it…

And so far, I’m really enjoying it.

One of the things James talks about in the book…

Is the difference between systems and goals.

A goal is your endpoint – where you want to go…

A system is an operating framework you follow, something that can allow you to get to the goal.

It’s important to note that:

Different goals require different systems…

Systems don’t just exist in service of your goals – if anything, they are more important than your goals.

Anyone can set a goal…

“I want to make a million dollars”…

“I want to lose 20 lbs”…

“I want to be a great parent”…

But, just setting a goal doesn’t do a whole lot for you.

The real art-form, and the real challenge, is how you go about achieving those goals.

That’s where having systems and processes come into play.

—

Now, this might all sound kind of obvious…

But the reason I’m writing about it…

It is because as I was reading Atomic Habits this morning…

It helped me to realize that, while I have some systems in my life that work well…

In other areas, I still don’t have clearly defined systems.

And, predictably…

In the places where I have clearly defined, well-tested systems…

I thrive…

While in the places where I don’t have clearly defined systems, things are more ambiguous.

To take a concrete example…

Look at my RMBC Method.

As many of you know, RMBC is my copywriting system.

It stands for Research, Mechanism, Brief, and Copy…

And it’s a process that, when followed, allows anyone to write predictably better copy in significantly less time.

I developed RMBC out of necessity when I was writing 8-12 sales letters a month for Lion’s Publishing, back in 2014…

Then, I taught it to the first copy team I ever built…

Along with every copy cub I've hired since.

It’s one of the biggest things we focus on and teach in Copy Accelerator.

Over time, RMBC has gone through modifications, revisions, and tweaks…

And today…

It’s an amazing system that, when followed, produces predictable results.

In Copy Accelerator, which is the copywriting mastermind I run with Justin Goff…

We review dozen of pieces of sales copy each week…

And, we can always tell immediately if the writer followed RMBC or not.

When they did, the copy is never bad. It may need tweaks or revisions, but foundationally, everything is there and it’s easy to make it even better.

When they didn’t, there are glaring issues. Our feedback becomes focused less on the copy, and more on big picture stuff:

Messaging, language and pain points are off – because the writer didn’t do their Research…

The copy doesn’t identify the surprising culprit behind the prospects’ problem, or present their product as a unique solution to that problem – because the writer didn’t develop a unique Mechanism…

The copy about the product is bland, or the background story is boring – because the writer didn’t do their Brief…

Or, the sales letter itself is logically incoherent and confusing – because the writer didn’t follow the sales letter outline, which is an integral part of writing the actual Copy.

In the case of Copy Accelerator…

The vast majority of our members have now bought into RMBC…

And, the result has been that their writing has improved dramatically, their offers are converting better, and their careers and businesses are skyrocketing.

But it doesn’t always happen overnight.

Sometimes, we’ll have a more seasoned writer join…

And they’ll attend every one of our weekly training calls…

Be active in our Facebook Group…

And be good about asking us for copy critiques…

Then still ignore the RMBC Method for MONTHS!

It’s crazy to see…

Especially because on several occasions…

I’ve had these writers come to me and be like:

“I don’t get it, why am I not improving? Why am I still struggling to get clients? What can I do?”

The answer is simple:

You can upgrade your system!

You see, in cases like the ones I just described…

What’s happening is that these writers are continuing to use their old copywriting system, even though that system has obvious limitations:

It got them to where they are but then they stalled… and one of the reasons they joined Copy Accelerator was to break through to that next level, which requires them to adapt new processes.

And usually, once I point this out to the writers (sometimes it takes a few times)…

They finally get it, they upgrade to RMBC…

And lo-and-behold…

“Wow — this new letter/ad/email crushed it!”

“I’m writing 5 promos a month now when I used to be able to only write one”

“I made 5x more this month than I did in all of last year as a freelancer” (A real comment from a freelancer writer in Copy Accelerator).

“Our business doubled in two months” (A real comment from an 8 figure business owner in Copy Accelerator).

—

And, believe it or not…

The point of everything I just wrote is NOT just to sneakily sell you on Copy Accelerator…

I’m simply using CA as an example, because it’s where I put my copywriting system into practice…

And I see it repeatedly leads to predictable results when people use it…

Which makes sense…

Because of the system flat-out works.

And, as I was reading Atomic Habits this morning and thinking about systems and processes…

It made me wonder, where else in my life I can either develop or optimize, my systems?

I’ve created a great one for copywriting…

But what about everything else?

I’ve got a pretty decent one for time management and productivity…

A pretty good one for my health…

And some good frameworks around mindset, management, entrepreneurship, etc.

I’ve already shared a few of those frameworks with you…

[For example, I shared my time management one a few blog posts back. If you’re new to my blog and want to see it, you can find it here.]

And I’ll share more of them in future blog posts…

Since you may find them helpful…

But still…

I’m pretty sure that for most of these other systems I have…

They could be dialed in DRAMATICALLY.

Because if I’m being honest with myself…

None of them are as optimized as RMBC.

So that’s going to be one of my focuses for the first quarter of 2020:

Picking a few additional areas in my life that could benefit from systemization…

Then developing strong, replicable, and easily implementable systems for those things.

I’ll report back what I discover.

And I’d also encourage you to consider applying this same approach to some areas in your life, too…

Consider asking yourself:

“What are some things that I do regularly, but that I feel could be further optimized?”

It could be copywriting…

Leading a team…

Interfacing with clients…

Building funnels…

Raising your kid(s)…

Leading a church group…

Really, anything you do could likely benefit from having a foundational framework.

So, it may be worth building out systems for at least one of these things…

Then following it faithfully (aka making it a habit)…

Because if you do…

I’m pretty sure it will lead to some pretty outsized results.

—

Okay, that’s it on systems for now.

I promise to share more on the systems I use in future blog posts…

Plus, I’ll report back on the new systems I’m creating, and how they’re going.

I’m also aware that I teased RMBC a lot in this blog post…

And you may not fully understand what it is, or how it works.

So if you want to find out more about how it works, you can check out this page that’s all about RMBC.

This page is several-thousand-words long…

And provides a very strong overview of the system…

So it might be worth it to check that out.

– SPG

I honestly didn’t know what I was going to write about today…

So, I’m just going to share what’s going on in my copywriting career with you 🙂

This morning I got a text from Nick Daniel saying that the new offer I did for Vshred/Sculpt Nation is looking really strong. That has me stoked. I can't say what the offer is because Nick wants time to be able to scale it and not get knocked off. But hopefully, you'll see it everywhere pretty soon 🙂

Then on Skype, I heard from my ex-business partner’s team that the Vision offer I did for them is starting to really take off. Stoked about that and excited for the royalties on this one, as they are not insignificant.

Cody and I have a weight loss offer that tested insanely well internally. Today is the first day we’ve had an external affiliate send for it and it’s looking great there. We also got a toned-down version to an FB Affiliate of ours and he’s seeing if he can get it approved. If he can, that’s going to be a tsunami of sales, so fingers crossed.

I heard from the Golden Hippo team that the sales letter I wrote for a new product is finally starting to get tested. This one was a pain in the butt because of the spokesperson involved (not Dr. Gundry but someone else). The fact that it’s finally seeing the light of day though is really exciting, so fingers-crossed there as well!

A friend of mine is running that Lift Factor offer on FB again. It was dormant for a while because I found the offer owner impossible to work with. My friend is now going direct with the offer owner so that the headache is gone. And the good news is that because I’m the one who connected them, my friend is giving me a second-tier affiliate comm on it (so I get a small CPA with each sale). Considering my friend is currently doing between 600-1,000 sales a day with this offer, I’m pretty pleased about that!

GS-85 volume is back up, which is great since my agency gets a commission on every sale.

The new promo I delivered to Lee Euler and Jeremey Hunsicker came out really strong. I got an email from Jeremey yesterday saying that they both loved it and think I’ve created a big winner. Only testing and data will say for certain, but I’ve got a good feeling. And what’s cool, is that the offer is loaded with nasty hooks, but I didn’t mention diabetes one time. Instead, it’s all about erratic blood sugar and glucose support, etc. So, the risk profile should be a lot lower than other offers in the space.

I’ve got several more offers I wrote, or am involved with, that are being rolled out over the next few weeks, and I’m excited to see how they do. I’ll report back on those and I’ll be honest if any of them tank or bomb too lol.

Hopefully, this doesn’t come across as a brag post…

But it’s important to celebrate the wins.

Especially in the world of freelance copywriting…

Which can be a bit of a rollercoaster, at times.

This morning, though…

I’m feeling a lot of optimism.

I’ve got a bunch of good stuff happening…

A bunch of things that are working…

And I’m excited, motivated, and grateful.

—

That’s about it for today.

Laura is up now, and I’m sure Eden will be getting up before long too.

We’re going to that hockey game later today (Go Knights, go!)…

Then having dinner at Twist.

Last night’s dinner was really nice as well…

And, I’m excited to spend an action-packed day with Laura and continue her birthday celebration.

P.P.S. I think I'm going put a decent-sized bet on the Patriots today. They're -4 and while I don't think they are making the Super Bowl this year, I do think they're going to beat up the Titans. Let me know if you think I'm crazy.

When I was 22 years old, I spent a weekend in New Orleans with my girlfriend at the time.

Overall, the trip was fine…

But, I remember how, after one particularly large meal…

I was so uncomfortably full…

That I started being extremely irritable and grumpy…

And didn’t want to do ANYTHING afterwards…

Except go back to the hotel and go to bed.

And, that night…

As I was there in bed…

Hating my gurgling stomach and trying to fall asleep

I started thinking about how often this sort of thing happened.

Where, after big meals, I’d feel PISSED…

And it occurred to me that food wasn’t supposed to make you feel this way.

In that moment, I resolved to stop overeating…

And, that once I was full, I’d push my plate away and that would be it.

Now, this might not sound like a big deal…

But it was actually a paradigm shift for me:

Some of my earliest memories are of sitting at the dining room table of my Italian grandfather…

Eating angel hair pasta, meatballs, and sponge cake…

And my grandpa saying, “mangia, mangia”…

Which in Italian means, “eat, eat.”

If I didn’t finish my entire plate of food, my grandpa would be disappointed…

So, I’d finish my plate, pretty much every time.

And, what’s funny is how something small like that can stay with you for a lifetime.

Because until that weekend in New Orleans…

I’d overeat all of the time.

And I always felt so crappy afterward.

Yet somehow, it never occurred to me to just not eat as much.

When it did finally occur to me…

It was crazy.

My whole dynamic with food changed.

Suddenly I ENJOYED going out to eat again.

I lost weight, had more energy, and was just generally happier.

Plus, my relationships with people improved.

—

Now, the reason I bring his up is because in the last year I’ve started to relapse a little bit.

Most of the time I still don’t overeat…

But, when I’m at a really nice restaurant…

I will.

This is especially true at places with celebrated chefs, where they bring you multiple courses, and where the final check is eye-popping.

At places like those…

I’ll feel like I MUST eat everything…

Otherwise, it would be wasteful.

Both from a food perspective, and a monetary one.

Guess what, though?

Halfway through these meals, I become miserable…

And by the end, I’m a total, grumpy dick.

The first time it happened was when I took Laura to Joel Robuchon for her birthday – almost a year ago, exactly…

But then, it happened again a few weeks back…

When Laura and I ate at a restaurant called Addison, in San Diego.

The food was amazing…

But the dinner was three hours long.

And by the midway point, I was complaining and rolling my eyes and acting like a whiny little kid.

It must have sucked for Laura…

Yet, I didn’t learn my lesson.

Because last Saturday, we ate at a restaurant called Guy Savoy, in Las Vegas…

And sure enough – it happened again.

Now, with Guy Savoy, this was our second time eating there…

And one of the reasons I suggested it was because the first time we went to Guy Savoy…

I hadn’t felt that full after.

So, I figured it would be the same thing.

Except this time, we were even more decadent.

They had a truffle risotto appetizer that was separate from the five-course meal we’d ordered…

So we added that into the mix…

And, between courses I kept wolfing down piece-after-piece of super hearty bread – when normally I don’t eat bread at all.

Well, predictably…

Towards the end of the meal…

I was being a total prick again.

Just whining about how full I was, how crappy I felt, how miserable I was – I wouldn’t shut up.

It was so unfair to Laura.

This should have been quality time together.

We’re at this world-famous restaurant, eating world-class cuisine – which is something we both normally really enjoy doing…

But here I am, just being an asshole.

It sucked.

And then, finally, towards the end of dinner…

I remembered that weekend in New Orleans in my early twenties…

And how, if I wanted to stop feeling this way…

It was as simple as exercising a bit more self-control…

And just eating less.

I didn’t need to eat the bread…

And I didn’t need to finish every plate.

Is that wasteful? I guess a little.

But, if it means that I feel good mentally and physically…

And am able to have more meaningful quality time with the woman I love…

Then it seems like it’s a worthwhile tradeoff.

So, from now on, that’s what I’m going to do.

I’ve re-committed myself to not overeating, no matter how fancy or expensive the meal.

And, one of the reasons I’m sharing this all with you is because…

There’s actually a really profound copywriting lesson here:

Positivity is great…

But pain is almost always the best motivator.

That’s why bringing up pain points in your sales copy is so important…

And why you shouldn’t be afraid to poke or prod those pain points again-and-again…

Until your prospect is agitated enough to take action.

Most of us don’t make big changes when things are going great, or even “okay”…

We make big changes when things are miserable, and we know something’s gotta give.

Well, if you’ve positioned the product or service correctly in your sales letter…

Then your prospect shouldn’t be thinking about just “buying a solution”…

They should be thinking about how they are investing in a fundamental change in their lives.

A change in their situation, their health, their wealth, their relationships, or something else.

They’re giving you their hard-earned money for a chance to make the pain go away.

You’re selling change.

And whether you like it or not…

Making someone feel pain is often the fastest way to lead them to that change.

—

Okay, that’s it for today.

I had to fight the urge to add all of these “First World Problems” or “Hashtag Blessed” disclaimers into this article…

But I'm not going to do that…

Because if the idea of me eating at expensive restaurants and not finishing each course is triggering to you…

That’s a YOU problem, not a ME one 🙂

One of the advantages of having written hundreds of health promos for supplements…

Is that I have a really good picture of which ingredients and remedies are legit…

And which ones aren’t.

I’m not claiming to be a doctor or a scientist here or anything…

But, I would say I’m more knowledgeable about this stuff than the vast majority of the population…

Because I’ve easily read over 10,000 scientific studies in the last six years or so.

Anyways, why am I bringing this up?

Because I want to share the products/ingredients that I personally believe in…

And that I take regularly, along with when I get sick or I’m fighting something off.

I’m writing this today, because yesterday, I was sick as a dog…

With a stomach bug that was causing me to throw up for much of the morning…

Along with a fever that hit 102 F and led to a bunch of painful body aches.

Today, I feel about 95% and I’m writing this from my office.

I think that’s a pretty good turnaround…

And, it’s not an isolated incident…

Back in early November, there was a stomach bug going around Las Vegas.

Laura had it for five days…

The CEO of our Call Center had it for five days…

A ton of our employees had it for anywhere from three to seven days…

I had it for less than 24 hours.

So, maybe you believe in supplements and natural stuff, or maybe you don’t…

But for me, this stuff works.

And, given we’re in the height of cold/flu season…

I wanted to share some of my top things.

1. Greens

I personally use the Amazing Grass Green Superfood. I only started taking this product in the last 6 months or so, but it’s been a massive game-changer for me. There are too many good ingredients to count, but the ones I most like are organic spirulina and chlorella.

Multiple human studies have shown both of these ingredients serve as immunomodulators.

This means they give your immune system a boost when it needs one (ie. your fighting off an infection).

They also tell your immune system to “chill out” when it’s being overactive (which is the hallmark of both inflammation and allergies).

I normally take one scoop of Amazing Grass in the morning. When I’m sick, I up the dosage. Yesterday, I took two big servings of Amazing Grass and it seems to have made a big difference.

2. Structured Silver

I’d never really heard of medicinal silver until two years ago, when I did some promos for a new company. When I went through all of the research on it though, it piqued my interest. In particular, I spent hours on the phone with Dr. Gordon Pederson who has three Ph.D.s from Utah State University in Toxicology, Immunology, and Biology. He’s on the board of multiple medical institutions and performed his internship work under Dr. Jonas Salk – the guy who cured polio.

Dr. Pederson is a powerful advocate of silver as a supplement. Why? It’s antiviral, antimicrobial and antipathogenic.

Silver particles stop viruses and other bad stuff inside your body from replicating. They do this by literally exploding the DNA of those viruses, as well as by rupturing their cell walls.

Structured silver is a specific type of liquid solution where nanosilver particles are bonded to water. The reason “structured” is important is because this bonding ensures the silver passes through your body and then gets urinated out. This is opposed to other forms of silver (like colloidal) where the silver can build up in your system over time.

The brand I personally use is My Doctor Suggests. It’s run by my friend Doug Godkin in partnership with Dr. Pedersen. In addition to the liquid silver, they also have a gel which is great as a hand sanitizer or to apply to topical wounds or acne. This gel is also really popular with pet owners, as it gets rid of dermal infections very fast.

3. Turmeric

It’s telling that even mainstream, super-conservative doctors don’t have any shade to throw on turmeric. It would be hard for them to do though, the clinical studies on turmeric are just too overwhelming to dismiss.

I mostly take turmeric for its anti-inflammatory and immune-supporting effects. But there are also large-scale studies showing turmeric helps protect your liver, mitigate the effects of heavy metals, promote healthy blood sugar, protect against various forms of arthritis, alleviate IBS, and more.

One thing that’s important to note – in the majority of the major studies I’ve looked at, you need at least 1,000 mg of turmeric a day to get the max benefits…

So, if you're taking a turmeric supplement currently, it’s worth looking at the dosage and seeing if you’re getting enough.

The type of turmeric I personally prefer is Gaia Herbs, Turmeric Supreme Extra Strength.

It comes with 60 capsules, and each capsule has a little over 500mg of turmeric and curcuminoids, along with black pepper for absorption.

I’ll take two capsules most days, and up to 6 capsules when I feel like I’m coming down with something.

In addition, some of the other supplements on my list are Beta Glucan (by Better Way health) and a probiotic (Garden of Life 30 BN).

—

So yeah, I don’t know if this is interesting to most of you guys are not. But, it’s what I felt like writing about today LOL.

I’m already at my office and about to get to work.

I’ll be finishing up some edits to the sales page for the Copy Accelerator event first…

Then hopefully finishing a blood glucose support sales letter for a client after that.

Eden is still fighting off her stomach bug too, so I think Laura is going to take her to the doctor later today. Depending on the time of the appointment, I may try to leave and go to attend that as well.

– SPG

I figured I’d share what a normal routine for me looks like in this blog post…

Since maybe, there’s something you can borrow from me and that will help you be more effective too.

So, what is my routine?

Generally, it’s waking up sometime between 5 am and 6 am…

Drinking one cup of black coffee while I write these daily emails (before I did these emails, I spent this time reading the Wall Street Journal).

Going to my office at around 7 am…

Spending the first 30-60 minutes doing admin stuff (responding to emails, doing reviews for Copy Accelerator Members, checking in with employees, etc)…

Then, jumping into a block of uninterrupted “deep” work that lasts 2-3 hours.

The deep work is focused on whatever I’ve identified as being my most important task or needle-mover for the day…

And that’s something I’ve figured out in advance.

Specifically, here’s what I do:

First thing, Monday morning…

I write out a list of everything I “need” to do for the following week.

Then from that entire list, I go through and I pull out the 3-5 biggest needle-movers.

These are the handful of items that, if I were to accomplish them and nothing else, I’d still feel good about my week.

Next, I write down how long I think each of those big needle-movers is going to take to complete (total time).

Then, I write out each day of the week…

And for whatever window of time, I’m typically at my best (for me roughly 8 am through 11 am)…

I schedule deep work on my biggest needle-mover.

So, let’s say I’m working on a new sales letter…

In a case like this it might look like:

Monday:

MISC/Admin: 7 am – 8 am

New Sales Letter Research: 8 am – 10 am

Tuesday:

MISC/Admin: 7 am – 8 am

New Sales Letter Mechanism Work: 8 am – 10 am

Wednesday:

MISC/Admin: 7 am – 8 am

New Sales Letter Mechanism Work Continued: 8 am – 10 am

Thursday:

MISC/Admin: 7 am – 8 am

New Sales Letter Brief: 8 am – 10 am

Friday:

MISC/Admin: 7 am – 8 am

New Sales Letter Lead and Background Story: 8 am – 10 am

Notice how, in this case, I’m not actually finishing the big needle-mover. But that’s because typically with a sales letter, you’re given several weeks for turnaround time anyways. So instead of waiting to go on a bender right before the letter is due…

I’ve broken up the writing process into nice, small, manageable chunks. And frankly, these are the types of chunks that help me to avoid procrastination because it’s only two hours!

Now, what about all of the other stuff on my list?

Well, if there’s something that’s reoccurring…

Or that’s been scheduled in advance…

And it’s both urgent and important…

I write that down too.

For example, every Tuesday, Justin and I have our Copy Accelerator Trainings go from 10 am – 12:30 pm PST. That never changes.

And Copy Accelerator is certainly a needle-mover for me…

So that gets written down for my day on Tuesday.

And then I have a reoccurring coaching call with someone on Thursdays from 2 pm – 3:30 pm PST, so that gets written down too.

After I’ve written down my reoccurring stuff, I return to my needle-moves.

So far we’ve got:

1. New Sales Letter

2. Copy Accelerator Weekly Call

And, let’s say my third needle-mover is to work on my RMBC Copywriting Course.

This is a needle-mover because once I create it and launch it, I can help thousands of people to improve their copy, and their incomes, dramatically. I also think this course will sell well, and that it will ultimately gross at least $1MM.

Let’s say I estimate that creating content for my RMBC Course is going to take about 40 hours of my time…

This means I’m not going to finish the course in one week, which is fine.

But, I can make some really solid progress if I plan out chunks of time where I work on the course each day.

So, once I’ve included all of that – here’s what my schedule for the week will look like:

Monday:

MISC/Admin: 7 am – 8 am

New Sales Letter Research: 8 am – 10 am

MISC/Admin: 10 am – 10:30 am

RMBC Course Content Creation: 10:30 am – 1:30 pm

MISC/Admin: 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm

Done For Day

Tuesday:

MISC/Admin: 7 am – 8 am

New Sales Letter Mechanism Work: 8 am – 10 am

Copy Accelerator Weekly Call: 10 am – 12:30 pm

MISC/Admin: 12:30 pm – 1 pm

RMBC Course Content Creation: 1 pm – 3:30 pm

Done for Day

Wednesday:

New Sales Letter Mechanism Work Continued: 8 am – 10 am

MISC/Admin: 10 am – 10:30 am

RMBC Course Content Creation: 10:30 am – 1:30 pm

MISC/Admin: 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm

Done For Day

Thursday:

New Sales Letter Brief: 8 am – 10 am

MISC/Admin: 10 am – 10:30 am

RMBC Course Content Creation: 10:30 am – 1:30 pm

MISC/Admin: 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm

Coaching Call: 2 pm – 3:30 pm

Done For Day

Friday:

New Sales Letter Research: 8 am – 10 am

MISC/Admin: 10 am – 10:30 am

RMBC Course Content Creation: 10:30 am – 1:30 pm

MISC/Admin: 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm

Done For Day

You’ll notice that after the RMBC stuff…

I did also add in some solid chunks of time for admin stuff like phone calls, meeting with employees or managers, responding to emails and messages, etc…

And, you’ll notice how even though I’m stopping most of my days by around 3 pm…

I’m still getting a LOT done.

This is important.

I think that one of the big misconceptions people have is that they don’t have enough time each day.

But the truth is, they have TONS of time…

They just end up spending their time on the wrong things.

For me, the approach I just laid out works well…

Especially because I’ve found that as long as I make progress with my biggest needle-movers each week.

I feel good.

Hope you find this helpful.
